Owner Dean Ballowe started working in the pest control industry while still in high school. He went on to further his education at Canisius College and continued to work in the pest control industry. It didn't take long before he realized he had a passion for pest control. This passion began his focus to become licensed in many areas of certifications, he began to attend as many classes and seminars as possible, and continues to this day.

Dean and his company are contributing members to the NEW YORK PEST MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION. Dean also taught classes locally to management groups on pest control and has written an article on rodents for a local association. Dean's Certifications are in five different categories which allow him and his company to perform work in those specific areas of pest control. Those certifications include:

Now, Dean has his two sons, Lucas and Marcus involved in the family business and they both share the same passion and commitment as their father. Nothing is more exciting to Dean than to be able to work every day with his sons.
